ClassVR is the only fully end-to-end educational virtual, augmented and mixed reality technology
Since its launch in January 2017, ClassVR from Avantis has received unprecedented global interest with a number of large-scale Ministry of Education pilots along with authority and country wide deployments. With an impressive background in delivering projects and tenders at local and ministerial level through different solution implementations, Avantis has the experience, knowledge and understanding of what it takes to make large scale roll outs a success.
Implementing ClassVR for large scale deployments

Implementing technology in classrooms at any scale is a complex undertaking, with highly diverse technical, pedagogical and administrative requirements. Before planning any multi-school deployment, the team at Avantis ensure they work with the authority, district or ministry to clarify key objectives and outcomes to ensure a successful delivery.
ClassVR is the only fully end-to-end educational virtual and augmented reality technology specialist in the world, with full control of every component of the solution. Avantis owns and controls all aspects of the solution, including technology, software, hardware, training, implementation and support. Avantis’ success and skill in this field have been recognised by leading industry bodies with its numerous awards over the past ten years.

Customisable Hardware, Management Portal and Interface

Our standalone headsets can be customised for large scale projects. These are available in a range of colours and can be printed with a bespoke project logo. Inside the headset itself your students can navigate a custom ‘home screen’ that suits their needs, selecting experiences from a virtual environment.
Alongside customised hardware, we can create a fully-branded bespoke management portal site for your project or region, bringing all the functionality of the ClassVR Portal in line with your other educational technology platforms.
Curriculum Mapping and Content Localisation

With extensive experience mapping the large bank of educational content within the ClassVR Portal to curricula from around the world, our skilled and knowledgeable team of Educational Specialists can align ClassVR’s VR and AR experiences to your teaching approach.
Whether this takes the form of a simple index correlating to your curriculum, or is a fully embedded solution designed to work in tandem with existing textbooks, our experts work alongside local teachers to ensure we meet the requirements of your project. In many cases, bespoke 360 or 3D content may be required to meet your needs; our team can source and create these resources to build a rich, localised content offering.
Experienced Implementation Team
Implementation is handled by a team that has been directly responsible for the successful installation and implementation of over 200,000 tablets and VR headsets into schools around the world over the past five years. This includes project planning, roll out, and commissioning of components of the solution. The team also handles all aspects of Quality Assurance and Quality Control, both before delivery and at each implementation sign-off once on site. This experience is critical to the success of any project.
ClassVR has its own in-house educational services division, responsible for ensuring the products and services supplied are developed to the highest educational standards, with pedagogically sound structure. The team maps technology use to curricula and learning outcome frameworks across the globe, and designs bespoke training programmes and pedagogic consultancy for the use of technology in the classroom, delivering this to thousands of teachers each year.
