Inspire Action, Spark Emotion, and Shape the Future
To celebrate World Environment Day, schools can now access the Future Forests toolkit - a fully funded digital resource developed in partnership with The Rainforest Foundation UK to help students explore the impact of deforestation and climate change.
This pack provides practical, curriculum-aligned resources to support science, geography, and sustainability lessons, helping students to explore real-world environmental issues and consider the impact of human activity on our planet. With structured activities and discussion prompts, Future Forests encourages students to think critically about the choices that shape our world.
What's Included in the Future Forests Toolkit?
Future Forests Explorable Scene
Students step into an online rainforest to explore one of the world's most vital ecosystems. They'll face a pivotal choice between two paths: one leading to a thriving rainforest with rich biodiversity and conservation efforts, the other to deforestation, where habitats are destroyed, and local communities are impacted.
By experiencing both futures, students witness the effects of human actions, compare preservation and destruction, and engage in discussions on shaping our planet's future.
This web-based experience is accessible on laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and interactive panels, making it an easy, impactful lesson addition.
A Simple, Structured Teaching Pack
