Curriculum Mapping

This curriculum maps connect global curriculums with EduverseSTEM content. This map contains a substantial sample of what is available on with EduverseSTEM – as a practical starting point for lesson planning. Assets are linked in one of two ways: some connect directly to a standard; others are more creative links – a broader curriculum connection that teachers can easily work into lessons. Use the drop-down menus to see all the mapped options for each standard, and click any content tile to open experiences directly in the ClassVR portal, ready to drop into a playlist and send to your headsets.

If a standard has limited or no content attached, consider building a custom VR experience with EduverseAI or search Eduverse360 to find something that supports the lesson learning objectives.

What are the Benefits of EduverseSTEM?

STEM is learned best by doing. However providing regular opportunities for practical investigation can be challenging when physical labs bring costs, equipment, preparation, time and safety considerations. Immersive learning expands what is possible, giving students more opportunities to investigate, experiment, manipulate, test and repeat, without replacing the value of hands-on practical science.

Focused Immersion. Shared Learning.

VR is most powerful when used with purpose. Short, focused sessions of 5–15 minutes can introduce a concept, support an investigation or provide a shared experience before students return to discussion, practical work, problem-solving and creation.

With a common experience to draw upon, students can question, explain and discuss what they have observed together, while screen time remains focused, bounded and purposeful.

Make the Abstract Visible

Some STEM concepts are difficult to understand because they are too small, too large, too complex or impossible to observe directly.

VR lets students step inside structures, systems and processes in 3D, from cells and anatomy to forces, environments and engineering systems, helping connect scientific theory with something they can see, explore and interact with.

Experiences Beyond the Limits of the Classroom

Take students where the classroom cannot – from inside the human body to the surface of Mars and provide access to experiences that could otherwise be difficult, expensive, unsafe or impossible to deliver.

Immersive learning expands the range of STEM experiences schools can provide without being constrained by location, specialist equipment or physical resources.

More Opportunities to Learn by Doing

Give students access to virtual labs, experiments, simulations and interactive investigations that complement physical practical work.

Students can manipulate variables, test ideas, observe outcomes and repeat investigations, building the confidence to explore what happens, understand why and try again.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which U.S. state standards does ClassVR correlate to?

ClassVR resources are correlated with national frameworks including Common Core (CCSS), Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), and the C3 Framework for Social Studies. We also cover individual state standards such as Texas TEKS, Florida B.E.S.T. Standards, California Content Standards, and New York P–12 Learning Standards. Coverage varies by subject and state, and we’re always adding more.

Can I use ClassVR for subjects not listed in the standards library?

Yes. ClassVR’s create and upload feature lets you add your own images, videos, and 360 content into the portal, so any resource you have can become a VR lesson. EduverseAI can also generate a custom 360 scene for any topic from a short written prompt. You’re never limited to what’s already in the library.

How often is new standards-aligned content added?

Our in-house education team, including US-based curriculum specialists, develops new content throughout the year. New resources are added and correlated to state standards regularly, so the library stays current as curricula change.

Does ClassVR support district-wide implementation?

Yes. ClassVR is built for district-wide rollouts. Barbers Hill ISD in Texas runs ClassVR across nine campuses, from elementary through to high school. The ClassVR portal handles lesson delivery and classroom management across multiple schools, and our team can help with rollout planning and staff training.
