This week’s ClassVR content update is the first of an ongoing series of new resource releases onto the ClassVR portal and we’re starting off down under, with the new ‘Australia’ category.
This category will appear alongside the other subjects in the ‘ClassVR’ section of your content libraries and is, as always, completely free! Starting off with a few select resources, this category will continue to grow over the coming months as we work in conjunction with our schools and partners to develop exciting new resources to better support our students around the world.
Initially, you will see two new playlists within the category – Australian History and Australian Environments. Both contain a selection of resources – from images and videos to Explorable Scenes and Thinglink experiences – in order to help teachers and students in Australia, and right across the world, teach their curriculum more easily using ClassVR.
Our Australia resources will be available to everyone with a ClassVR subscription; just add them to a playlist and hit download to take a flyover of the Great Ocean Road, explore artefacts from Ballarat’s mining history or take a look at an explorable 3D model of Uluru.
We are keen to hear feedback from schools all over the world on what content you would like to see us build for you next, so if you have any suggestions of resources you’d like to use or lessons you want to teach, just drop our Educational Services team an email at community@classvr.com
